The brand performance audit scores the impact and effectiveness of your marketing by cross referencing the buying behaviours of your customers with your brand messaging and operating principles.


Clients recieve a unique brand performance benchmark giving a brand performance score compared with those of key competitors. Clients also receive a customer insight report outlining the prevailing needs, attitudes and perceptions that influence buying decisions.
